    Win Impact

    An early PSA win validates the power of the D365 solution in the market.  The GSG sales and delivery teams will now use a cohesive system for managing the lead-to-delivery process for marketing services without the need to manage costly customizations. The Sales team will provide more accurate quotes while the GSG Delivery team will be able to better manage resources, projects and profitability.

     

    Key Learnings

    The team took away from this win the following key learnings which we would like to share:

    • One, single-vendor, system to manage sales, marketing, and project delivery was preferred over SFC add-on solution for PSA
    • The Microsoft Platform was important in winning this deal as GSG is an Office user and wants the seamless integration between O365 and D365
    • Financials will need to be replaced in the coming years and the ability to add financials later with full integration helped make their decision.
    • Flexibility in subscription options further added value in the selection process. SFC pre-paid model was unattractive.
