Joseph Longo


Joseph Longo began his career in public accounting as an auditor but pivoted to leading the firm's technology consulting group and later left to start and grow a series of increasing larger consulting organizations. Prior to the formation of Velosio, Joe was Chief Operating Officer of SBS Group where he focused on the SBS Partner Network and the Microsoft Master VAR program, helping hundreds of Microsoft partners to improve their businesses.

Joe is an active member of Vistage International and serves on the board of directors for Blanchard Valley Health System. A graduate of Villanova University , he holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Computer Science. Joe is a hockey enthusiast and supporter of youth hockey, having served as a board member and long-time president of the Findlay Amateur Hockey Association and Varsity Hockey Coach of Findlay High School (2014-15 NHC Coach of the Year).

Jim Bowman


As an entrepreneur and business leader for the past 40 years, Jim’s focus on linking strategy and execution has enabled him to become a proven leader in growing successful businesses. Prior to the formation of Velosio, Jim was President and CEO of SBS Group where he oversaw the growth of that organization from a small local company to a global organization and a leading Microsoft solution provider.

Leading Velosio’s Sales, Marketing, and Cloud organization he is helping Velosio redefine the client experience, expand its business ecosystem, and furthering Velosio’s leadership in cloud solutions. He is a member of Microsoft’s Partner and Product Advisory Councils providing key input to the direction of Microsoft’s business applications. An active member in the NJ Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, he also serves as a Director for Albion Engineering and Residence Club Holding, Inc.

He and his companies were the recipients of numerous awards, most notably a multi-year award winner as one of NJ’s Best Places to Work and in 2016, he was named as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. A graduate of Rider University, he holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Marketing. He supports numerous charitable organizations and is an active volunteer for NJ Special Olympics
