- Headings (H1) are written in sentence case:

- Headings should incorporate the keyword you are optimizing for.
Subheadings #
- All subheadings (H2, H3, etc.) are also written in sentence case:
- What is a customer service ticketing system?
- H2 subheads should incorporate the major sub-themes of the H1 and incorporate commonly asked questions, semantically related key phrases
