Like many clients we work with, LeafFilter™ was running a combination of proprietary systems and QuickBooks for their business needs. Solutions didn’t integrate well and all were hosted onsite which was a burden on the IT staff. QuickBooks was a significant constraint to growth and operations. Further, it lacked the reporting and analytics capabilities needed to effectively operate and scale the business. In an effort to enhance efficiency and enable business scalability, LeafFilter began a search for a new financial management solution which could handle their increasing needs for real-time visibility, improved financial reporting and operational integration.
LeafFilter partnered with Velosio to find a new solution that was an easy transition. Velosio helped pinpoint LeafFilter’s business needs and pain points, narrowing the possible solutions to two leading ERP platforms. The final selection was NetSuite. After comparing the benefits of various solutions, LeafFilter selected NetSuite due its modern, cloud architecture and to how well it matched business requirements. Velosio provided licensing of NetSuite, systems planning, implementation and training to ensure a successful deployment and team adoption.
