You can save up to 60% on license costs for when you decide to migrate to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud.

You’ve been thinking for a few years now of migrating your on-premises Microsoft ERP solution to the cloud. You see the benefits that businesses like yours enjoy by moving to the cloud such as automatic software updates that provide the latest ERP functionality and stronger security for digital assets—especially sensitive customer data.

The cloud also benefits your business by allowing your employees to access your ERP system from anywhere they need to work. And as your business grows, you can easily scale your number of licenses as well as your compute resources to keep pace with your customer demands.

    The Time Is Now

For customers with on-premises versions of Dynamics Business Central, NAV, GP and SL, now’s the time to make that move.

The Microsoft Bridge to the Cloud program ends December 2022.

In addition to streamlining your migration to the cloud, the program gives you price-break opportunities—until you complete the migration, you will continue to pay according to your Enhancement Plan and then receive a 60% discount on Business Central after you have migrated to the cloud.

As the number one Business Central partner in the United States, the experts at Velosio are scheduling migrations to Dynamics 365 so as many companies can take advantage of this promotion as possible. To make sure you’re able to get on the schedule, contact us right away.

Who’s Eligible To Migrate To The Cloud?

This program is available for businesses with an active Enhancement Plan for their on-premises Microsoft ERP solution or if the Enhancement Plan has lapsed fewer than 30 days before enrolling in Bridge to the Cloud. You also qualify if you are paying annual renewal licensing fees.

Whether using on-premises versions of Business Central, NAV, GP, or SL, the program involves migrating to Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud. Planning for the move as soon as possible is key to reaping all the benefits:

    • Your choice of annual or monthly billing
    • Full Enhancement Plan benefits
    • Same user access as your current system
    • Same out-of-the-box integration to other Microsoft products
    • Access to four times the number of licenses you currently have

When You Take Advantage of the Promotion

During the promotion term, you can continue to use your on-premises system while simultaneously testing cloud licenses for Dynamics 365 Business Central so that your team can get used to the new ERP platform.

Your promotional term lasts one year but can be extended with three optional 1-year renewals, for a total of four years.

Once your promotional period ends, you MUST migrate to Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud. You will not be able to go back to your on-premises solution. After the migration to the cloud stay active on your licenses whether you pay annually or monthly. Missed payments could mean losing your licenses.

    Need Help?

The Microsoft Bridge to the Cloud program is ideal for businesses ready to migrate to the cloud and are interested in budgeting for a monthly payment rather than paying a large annual fee for ERP software.

We recommend taking advantage of the Bridge to the Cloud promotions as soon as feasible or before the annual renewal of your current Microsoft ERP solution. The sooner you act, the sooner you can capitalize on the benefits of running enterprise software in the cloud.

All this may seem overwhelming but not to worry. Velosio is here to help you migrate to the cloud and can provide additional details to help you work your way through the nuances of the program.
