Solution Spotlight 

• Easy Badger: Colorado Contractors Association needed an easy-to-use event badge printing solution for attendees at their conferences. Our team deployed Velosio’s Easy Badger solution for Colorado Contractors Association. This is a self-service event badging system where members can print their own badges at events. • HubSpot Deals and Companies Integration: PLASTICS Industry Association wanted an automated way of syncing transactions company data between HubSpot and iMIS. Our team did an amazing job delivering a complex integration for this client. This integration keeps transactions between HubSpot and iMIS synced in real-time. It also syncs company data between iMIS and HubSpot in real time.

• MapYourShow Orders/Contacts/Company integration: PLASTICS Industry Association wanted an automated system that would sync orders, contacts, and company data between MapYourShow and iMIS. Our team developed and deployed a full-scale integration for MapYourShow. It syncs Contacts, Companies and Orders from MapYourShow to iMIS. This reduces the time it takes for staff to do entry into 2 different systems. Everything is now automated for them. 

• Membership Point-in-time analytics: Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) wanted to be able to track membership trends over time. Our team deployed Velosio’s solution for point-in-time analytics for membership data. Now SCB can view membership trends across years and months. 

• Event Forms: Michigan School Business Official (MSBO) needed a system that would allow conference attendees to scan a QR code and load a web page in their mobile device where they can easily select which sessions at a conference they attended. Our team developed and deployed a new system for iMIS that allows for custom forms specifically designed for event session attendance. There were also iDMS jobs that create activity records based on event session attendance. The iDMS jobs needed to run sequentially so Power Automate was used to control the order of operations of the iDMS jobs. MSBO has our iSimpleCert system and one of the requirements was that the activity records created by the Event Forms system needed to integrate with iSimpleCert. We made that happen and the 2 systems integrated beautifully. 

• iSimpleCert implementation: Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) engaged Velosio to implement our iSimpleCert solution for iMIS. Our team migrated all of WASBO’s iMIS certification module data into our iSimpleCert system. Our team deployed the entire iSimpleCert framework into WASBO’s iMIS environment. WASBO is excited to take their certification experience to the next level with iSimpleCert!

• LearnUpon integration: PLASTICS Industry Association needed a robust integration with the LearnUpon LMS system. Our team developed a new integration for the LearnUpon LMS system and iMIS. The integration will SSO users from iMIS to LearnUpon utilizing LearnUpon’s signed query SSO system. During the SSO process, there is a check to see if the user exists in LearnUpon and if they are not, they are created. Each SSO process updates their data before the user reaches the LearnUpon system. Many demographic fields are imported from iMIS to LearnUpon during each SSO process. All user data is configured through IQAs which makes it very easy to update and maintain. 

Innovative Tech 

iMIS IntelliStream: Level up your team with iMIS IntelliStream! 

iMIS IntelliStream allows you to import data from iMIS into an Azure SQL database in real-time. You have complete control over what data comes over to Azure and when. With that data in Azure, you can use it in Power BI, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, and much more! Think of this system like iDMS, but instead of writing back to iMIS, it writes to Azure SQL databases. It’s a point-and-click system that lets you configure Azure SQL databases and map IQA’s and panel sources from iMIS to Azure SQL databases. The system is hosted in Azure. It’s a web api and MVC app in Azure. It has 2 databases. One database for the configuration data and one database for the data that gets imported. The Azure web application is hosted for free, and the configuration database is $5/month and the database that holds all the transferred data is $15/month and is 250GB. 

First, you launch iMIS IntelliStream from iMIS staff site. The iMIS IntelliStream app uses iMIS’s client application feature to SSO into the app. There is an IQA that controls who has access to the system which gives you full control over access.

On the data sources screen, you can create new data sources, fields, and indexes in the Azure SQL database. All from a point and click interface. 

3. Data Source Mapping: 

From the data source mapping screen, you can map iMIS IQA sources to database sources in Azure. You can also map iMIS panel sources to the Azure SQL database sources and with our iMIS Webhook Manager system, you can import data whenever the iMIS panel source is updated or inserted. 

4.Task Scheduler: 

With task scheduler, you schedule when you want your data source mapping to run. You can schedule tasks to run every half hour, hour, day, week, or month. 

With iMIS IntelliStream, you can now use your Azure SQL database sources in Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot AI Agents, and so much more! 

Using the Azure SQL database in CoPilot AI agent

1. Use the Azure SQL database as knowledge for the AI:

AI will query your Azure database and return the answer!
