Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2 will include four types of workflows within the new workflow system:
- Purchase Order Approval
- Purchase Requisition Approval
- Payroll Timecard Approval
- Project Timesheet Approval
The workflows help users assign tasks with scheduled due dates and delegate on a task-by-task basis. Also included is an option to automatically delegate assignments for instances when users are out of the office. Additional workflow types will be available in future Dynamics GP releases, with the next release expected during the Dynamics GP 2015 launch.
