Both Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online were listed as Leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales force automation (SFA) solutions

    In the recently released 2013 version of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA), both Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises and Dynamics CRM Online were included in the “Leaders” quadrant.

    That means that independent analysts deem either deployment option for Dynamics CRM to have a complete vision for automating sales activities and are able to execute that vision, enabling users to manage accounts, contacts and opportunities in order to improves the effectiveness of salespeople.

    Some of the strengths of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that have contributed to its prominent position in the SFA market include:

    • Integration with the Microsoft technology stack so that customers can make the most of previous technology investments
    • A much improved, familiar and intuitive user interface

    • A low total cost of ownership for on-premises deployments and a mid to lower end per-user, per-month cost for the SaaS option
