Jen’s journey with Dynamics 365 Business Central and its predecessors (NAV and Navision) began in 2002, starting as an end-user and evolving into consulting in 2012. As a Practice Director at Velosio, Jennifer leads with passion and purpose, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience throughout implementation and beyond. Her focus on cultivating strong client relationships and driving successful outcomes is at the heart of her approach.​

Jennifer’s path to Velosio began in 2012 when she joined a small BC consulting firm in Seattle, which was later acquired by Silverware in 2015. When Velosio acquired Silverware in 2022, Jennifer became part of the Velosio family. During her time at Silverware, Jennifer held roles as an Implementation Specialist and later as Practice Manager for Silver Leaf CBC powered by Dynamics Business Central. She played a pivotal role in developing and implementing the innovative cannabis vertical solution and its supporting products, which have become key offerings for Velosio.​

Before her ERP consulting career, Jennifer spent 10 years as Controller at Advanced Refreshment, a bottled water manufacturer that was later acquired by Niagara Bottling. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting and over 13 years of related ERP experience, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to her clients and her team.​

Currently based in New York City after relocating from Seattle in January 2024, Jennifer continues her commitment to excellence and client success from the heart of the Big Apple.​
