LeafFilter™, The largest gutter protection company in North America, is based in Ohio with over 40 locations across North America. They provide an innovative gutter protection system that has been recognized nationally by organizations such as Remodeling Magazine, HomeAdvisor and Inc. Magazine.
LeafFilter™ was running a combination of a proprietary system built in-house, and QuickBooks for their business needs. Both solutions were on-site, which was a burden on the IT staff. QuickBooks couldn’t properly communicate with their proprietary system, and lacked the reporting functions needed to carry out the needs of the business. In an effort to enhance efficiency and foster growth, LeafFilter decided to find a new solution.
Previously, members of the team at LeafFilter had partnered with Velosio, therefore working with Velosio to find a new solution was an easy transition. Velosio helped pinpoint LeafFilter’s business needs and pain points, narrowing the possible solutions down to Dynamics NAV and NetSuite. After comparing the benefits of each solution, LeafFilter selected NetSuite, finding that it fit all of their business needs. Velosio provided additional training, with client approval, to ensure full acceptance and understanding during the transition into the new NetSuite system.
