Rob Urbanowicz, Socius’ CRM Practice Director and CRM expert with more than 20 years of experience, came to Socius in March, 2015, with the goal of doubling the company’s CRM practice in a two-year timeframe. To achieve this goal, Socius has hired key talent in key regions, most recently including Robert Wittig, Principal Consultant Dynamics CRM in Cleveland/Akron, and CRM consultants Meghan Reed and Erica Ellis, both serving clients nationally from the Socius office in Atlanta.
“With this expansion, we now have the ability to help our clients look at the Microsoft stack – Dynamics, Power BI, large-scale deployments – as it relates to CRM specifically,” said Urbanowicz. “Our CRM practice new hires here in Ohio and in our Atlanta office will expand our reach as an award-winning Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner, allowing us to better serve our clients.”
Wittig comes to Socius from his role as CRM practice lead at JibeCRM. Wittig is a 12–year veteran as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM architect with mid to large market experience designing, building, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM to achieve corporate goals and objectives. Wittig has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting Information Systems from the University of Akron.
Ellis comes to Socius from her role as director of marketing at Bond International Software in Roswell, Georgia. She has more than 15 years of software industry experience with emphasis in consulting, marketing, sales, implementation, training, and support, and specializes in Business Intelligence and data analysis, and Dynamics CRM. Ellis graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
Reed is a recent graduate from Miami University with a degree in Information Systems. She joined the CRM Consulting team at Socius in Columbus as an associate CRM consultant in 2015, and was promoted to CRM consultant in August 2016.
In addition to the Consulting Team, Lisa Steinhart and Bill Rockwell have joined the CRM Business Development team. Steinhart has held various leadership positions at Socius, and is the CRM Solutions Director. Steinhart brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience with her to this role, including many sales and marketing management positions at companies within the technology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Bill Rockwell is located in western Ohio and brings years of experience selling CRM solutions to the middle market.
