In the past, you may have found that when Microsoft Internet Explorer gets updated, some of the systems that leverage it, like your Microsoft Dynamics CRM, don’t work.
With the release of IE11, this will be the case once again. For those of you running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, IE11 is NOT supported.
There is a way to make it work, though.
Try adding your CRM website URL to the Compatibility View Settings list within IE 11 as we have found that this does seem to mitigate many issues with this incompatibility.
Launch IE and on the Menu bar, click on Tools > Select Compatibility View Settings > Add your CRM URL here
