Dynamics SL 2013 in Review

2013 was an exciting year for Microsoft Dynamics SL with several system updates and the highly anticipated SL User Group Conference.

In March, Microsoft released a payroll tax table update as well as updates to support Form 941 within the Dynamics SL tax return screen to enable businesses to remain IRS compliant. A new section, Box 06 Additional Medicare Tax, was added to several areas within the Employers 941 Quarterly Federal Tax Worksheet.

We also saw several year-end updates to the program, highlighted in this webinar. These updates included:

–          Calculating, correcting, and printing W2’s

–          Reviewing data and calculations

–          Running W2/1099 Magnetic Media files

–          Payroll closing

This update is available for users of Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011, including Service Pack 1/2 or Feature Pack 1. The Dynamics SL Users Group Annual Conference was a 3 day event held in sunny San Diego. SBS Group was a proud sponsor of the conference and presented a session entitled ‘How to Protect your Microsoft Dynamics SL System from a Disaster.’ SL users had the opportunity to share best practices, learn more about the features of a SL system, and network with other users.
