Well another busy month at SBS Group has brought about new solutions and improvements to our systems for our client’s benefit. First of all, we’ve started our rollout of our new electronic signature capabilities. Shortly available to all SBS clients, many of you have already begun to execute statement of works, product orders, and other agreements using our e-signature capabilities with Docusign. As the undisputed leader in e-signature, Docusign allows you to easily sign off on documents and reduces the processing time for us to execute those orders. If you haven’t yet experienced this new simplified system, ask your account manager how you can get started today.
Another great capability which we’ve improved is your SBS Client Site. Don’t know what your SBS Client Site is? Well, it is your very own SBS website dedicated to being your go to place for project documents, contracts, and more. Each active SBS Client has a client site which has recently been improved for faster response and loading. Don’t know the URL for your client site? It’s simple, send me an email at email@example.com and I’ll send you all the information for you to access it. You can also talk to your SBS account manager for details.
Beyond these two improvements, we are quickly approaching Client Summit time. My favorite event of the year, we are preparing a terrific event, featuring as always a terrific keynote speaker. Kraig Kramers will be joining us this year to talk about how to develop key performance indicators for your business as well as other tips for managing performance in your organization. Plus we have Ken Thoreson, one of the top 50 Sales Management speakers to share thoughts about driving your revenue.
