One of the ways that Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 empowers users is by enabling them to work together more easily. There are few new functions that specifically help Dynamics NAV users collaborate:
OneNote Integration – OneNote is easily accessible in the Ribbon, enabling users to enter notes on a particular order and share that note with other users and non-NAV users alike.
Copy a Link – Embed links to specific orders, lists, item, etc. in NAV in any document to click directly back to them. Include these links in presentations, documents, emails, etc. to share them with others involved.
Drag Documents – Users can now drag and drop relevant documents into NAV to associate them with the record. This gives any user easy access to all documentation related to a particular account, order, list, etc.
