Both On-Premise and Online Dynamics CRM Lead the SFA Pack

In the recently released 2013 version of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA), both Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premise and Dynamics CRM Online were included in the “Leaders” quadrant.

That means that independent analysts deem either deployment option for Dynamics CRM to have a complete vision for automating sales activities and are able to execute that vision, enabling users to manage accounts, contacts and opportunities in order to improves the effectiveness of salespeople.

  • A much improved, familiar and intuitive user interface

  • A low total cost of ownership for on-premise deployments and a mid to lower end per-user, per-month cost for the SaaS option
