Microsoft announced last week that they will be releasing Dynamics CRM 2013 this fall both online and on-premise.
More than ever before, this release promises to put people at the center – providing a solution that fits how they work and what they need to accomplish.
Bob Stutz, corporate vice president for Microsoft Dynamics CRM says that it will help “people connect with these customers in a way that is personal — giving them the information they need to choose the right solutions, engage to drive sales and nurture relationships to deliver amazing experiences.”
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will accomplish these 3 objectives:
- Match customers with the products and services they need – Through direct access to the MarketingPilot automation system and flexible yet efficient business process management, Dynamics CRM 2013 enables you to easily add leads to your sales pipeline and adapt your processes to meet the expectations of your customers and potential customers.
- Engage customers at the right level to enable richer interactions – Move from lead to close faster and adapt to market changes quickly with the new outcome-driven user interface, while accessing the system on the go with new mobile applications.
- Nurture enduring relationships to foster brand loyalty – Share customer knowledge internally through Yammer directly within CRM, and reach out to your customers seamlessly through Lync or Skype to deliver amazing experiences and long-lasting relationships.
