Don’t know the item number? SalesPad users can access Inventory Lookup from the order entry screen to find it. Inventory Lookup displays a complete, searchable view of your inventory and displays item properties, sales and purchase history, stock levels and warehouse locations, and even item images using user defined fields. Users can select the item they’re looking for and return to the sales document entry screen.

3 SalesPad

Suppose the item ordered was out of stock. Using SalesPad, users can attach open purchase orders to sales document line items. In fact, SalesPad includes complete purchasing functionality to make creating and managing purchases more efficient and cost-effective.

It doesn’t end there – once the order is placed, order management is even easier with SalesPad’s built-in Workflow, which automatically moves documents to specified queues based on configured criteria, and the Sales Monitor module, which allows users to view and manage all sales documents in their business from one place.
