Connecting Dynamics CRM to Dynamics GP

A new built-in integration framework for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM enables customers to connect the two systems to help provide business insight and improve user productivity across financials, supply chain, and sales and service. For example, you can integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP customers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers giving you instant access to customer information in both systems. The integration is supported with both on-premises and cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 and Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0.  It is available free of charge for existing GP customers.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics GP is intended to be used in an implementation where Microsoft Dynamics CRM is used to manage contacts, track leads, enter sales orders, and perform other sales and marketing activities.  Microsoft Dynamics GP is used to perform accounting functions, manage your company’s chart of accounts, maintain customer, vendor, item, employee, and other records.

You can use this product to integrate the following entities in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
